Refund policy
Letters from Skye is a recurring monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To avoid being charged for the following billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
Orders are processed shortly after billing. Once your order has been processed, prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, modified or refunded.
As all letters are carefully curated and prepared in advance, all shipped orders are considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that we are not responsible for postal delays once mail has been dispatched. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to reach out and I will always do my best to help.
From skyeN is a small online clothing business with limited stock available for each item.
Due to the small nature of the business, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are happy with your order before checking out.
However, if your item is unsuitable in size, we are happy to offer:
- an exchange (subject to stock availability), or
- store credit for future purchases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
