Sign Up Period

Sign up by the 20th of each month to receive the current month’s letter.

Subscriptions placed after the 20th will begin with the following month’s mail instead.

For example:
Subscriptions made between 21st June – 20th July will receive the July letter as your first mail onwards.

Billing & Subscription Renewal

Letters from Skye is an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

Your subscription payment will renew on the same date each month unless paused or cancelled beforehand.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you will receive a gentle reminder to retry your payment. If payment is not updated within 7 days, your subscription will automatically be paused until reactivated.

Pause, Cancel or Update Subscription

If you ever wish to pause, cancel or make changes to your subscription, you may do so anytime through your customer account portal ♡

To avoid being charged for the following month, any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Address Changes

Please double check your shipping address before checking out, as I am unable to make changes once your mail has been shipped.

Lost or incorrectly addressed mail may be replaced once for a small replacement fee.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised and limited nature of Letters from Skye, all processed and shipped orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
